Hey, I'm Harry Sayers, product design leader, engineer and father from the UK. I've spent over a decade building and designing products, and more recently leading an AI product. After a lot of exposure to AI and seeing where the future is heading, I grew increasingly concerned about the world my kids will inherit. I started absorbing the latest academic research on Human-Centred AI and realised that for real change to happen, someone needs to translate that theory into practical methods that designers, product leaders and founders can actually use to build safer, more trustworthy and more commercially successful products. So I created forsapiens.ai .

Most people will experience AI through the products they use every day. Right now, the organisations building those products are moving fast and the human piece is getting left behind. forsapiens.ai exists to change that, giving designers and builders the thinking, principles, methods and real-world examples to make sure AI works for people, not just for the bottom line.
