We don't sell your data, share it for others' marketing, collect special category data, or do automated decision-making.
We use established providers who process data only on our instructions: Kit (mailing list), Resend (individual emails), Vercel (hosting and logs), PostHog (analytics, EU-hosted), and Supabase (database, London).
Signup records are stored in the UK; analytics in the EU. Kit, Resend and Vercel are US companies and may store or access data in the United States under the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards. We may also disclose data where legally required.
We use no advertising or tracking cookies. We set one strictly necessary first-party cookie (fs_session) after you enter your email, so the site remembers you and unlocks subscriber content; it lasts up to 180 days. Our analytics sets no cookies. You can clear cookies any time in your browser settings.
We keep email signups until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete you, plus a minimal record that an address unsubscribed. Analytics is kept in aggregate; server logs for a short period.
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or provide it in a portable format, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link. To exercise any right, email harry@forsapiens.ai. It's free and we'll respond within one month.
